Toledo Blade Boulevard Widening Phase 2

This project provides for the widening of Toledo Blade Boulevard, from US 41 to the Sarasota County line, from two lanes to four lanes. This project is being completed in association with the City of North Port, which is handling the design and construction contracts. The project will also include a raised median and a new signal at the Hillsborough Boulevard intersection.
Future dates and durations associated with this project are approximations and are dependent on funding, permitting, weather, and contractor availability. Permitting for some projects, depending on their complexity, can take years to obtain.
