Three Lakes Project/Lake 1 Excavation

The excavation of Lake 1 (Collingswood Lake), which is part of the Three Lakes Drainage Basin, will satisfy the stormwater management needs for a 54-acre residential neighborhood. Lake 1 is approximately seven acres and will be excavated at no cost to Charlotte County.
Future dates and durations associated with this project are approximations and are dependent on funding, permitting, weather, and contractor availability. Permitting for some projects, depending on their complexity, can take years to obtain.
