The Charlotte County Community Development Department, Building Division, is hosting the Fourth annual Southwest Florida Green Futures Expo. The event will be held on January 6, 2013 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center, 75 Taylor Street, situated on the edge of Charlotte Harbor in beautiful downtown Punta Gorda, Florida.

The Expo is open and free to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 pm.

The past years this event has been successful in bringing the latest in advances for sustainability to residents not only from Port Charlotte, but also Lee, Sarasota, and Collier County. Given the central location of the Expo, the event is now being marketed more regionally. We are happy to announce that the cities of North Port,  Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda have officially signed up to support the SWFL Green Futures Expo this year.  

A variety of vendors from alternative medicine, natural foods, recycling, transportation, home construction and remodeling, etc., will be attending this year’s Expo and will be running raffles, product demonstrations, and discounts on their products.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION

Space is limited and is on a first come, first served basis! Register early to ensure your company is represented!  The deadline for Early registration is August 31, 2012 at a reduced rate of $300. The Final Deadline for Expo Registration: December 7, 2012. (Expo Registrations received after November 16th cannot be guaranteed advertising in the programs and website.)

Included in the rental is a full Breakfast, Box Lunch, and refreshment break drink, so our vendors do not have to make arrangement to go outside for food. See below for details.

BOOTH RENTAL IS $350. (Additional booths are $100 and electric is an extra $20.)
