The organization strives to keep administrative and fundraising costs associated with the operation of Wounded Warrior Project as low as possible. Based on FY2007, ending on July 31, 2008 audited financial statements, $.82 of every dollar donated went to provide services and programs for our wounded warriors and their families.

In 2009, the WWP golf tournament in Charlotte County raised more than $20,000. The money can be used to help any local wounded warrior that are registered with the WWP and asks for help. Information on wounded warriors that are helped is confidential.
