What to do about Ants?
Charlotte County, Fla. (August 28, 2009) The Charlotte County Environmental and Extension Services will be presenting a class entitled “What to do about Ants?”, Thursday, October 15 from 1:00 to 3:30 PM at the Charlotte County Environmental Campus, 25550 Harbor View Road, Port Charlotte (west off of I-75 exit 167).
Speaker, Dr. Fred Santana, Sarasota County Integrated Pest Management Coordinator, will talk about ants that are frequently encountered in homes and yards. Learn some of their characteristic, habits and behaviors and ways to control them. You are welcome to bring samples of ants for identification.
