Stinging Insects
Charlotte County, Fla. (August 28, 2009) The Charlotte County Environmental and Extension Services will be presenting a class entitled, "Stinging Insects" Thursday, October 8 from 1 to 3:30 pm at the Charlotte County Environmental Campus, 25550 Harbor View Road, Port Charlotte (west off of I-75 exit 167).
Speaker, Dr. Fred Santana, Integrated Pest Management Specialist, will bring you up to speed on all types stinging insects. Dr. Santana will educate the consumer as well as commercial interests on managing or at least coexisting with these insects.
