Deadlines for Planning & Zoning meetings
Large Scale Plan Amendment Submittal Deadline Extended
Charlotte County’s Comprehensive Planning Division is extending the second 2007 large scale plan amendment submittal deadline from Nov. 19 to January 21, 2008. All applicants are encouraged to submit their applications on or before 4:00 p.m. of January 21, 2008.
The Planning and Zoning Board meeting which will consider these large scale amendment requests will be held on March 10, 2008; the Board of County Commissioners meeting which will consider the transmittal of these amendment requests to the Department of Community Affairs will be held on April 15, 2008.
The second submittal deadline for large scale plan amendments in 2008, will be on the regularly-scheduled date, November 17, 2008.
