Growth Management Department
Growth Management combines the functions of the Zoning/Current Planning Division, Comprehensive Planning Division, and Development Review Division (land development, addressing, land information and code compliance).
We administer and enforce County zoning regulations and other land development regulations and are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the County's Comprehensive Plan.
The County Comprehensive Plan
The Local Government Comprehensive Plan is a large document containing the vision for the community and the goals, objectives and policies necessary to implement that vision.

We offer a searchable database containing property and land use information. You can also view maps and aerial photographs to assist you in locating vacant parcels.
