Battalion Chief Jeff Philbin
Chief Philbin was appointed to the department on March 1, 1983 and was promoted to his current position on October 28, 1998. Chief Philbin is currently assigned to Battalion-3 on B-shift. Battalion-3 encompasses all areas west of the Myakka River.
