Battalion Chief Mike Harper
Chief Harper was appointed to the department on December 1, 1980 and was promoted to his current position on March 10, 1993. Chief Harper is currently assigned to Battalion-1 on B-shift. Battalion-1 encompasses all areas south of the Peace River.
