CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The Human Service Building started site clearing in mid-June. Site elevations were filled before the rainy season started. Foundations and under slab utilities were installed by mid to end July. The building slab was poured with expansion cuts on July 28th. The exterior walls started being installed on August 1st.
New Baseball Field at North Charlotte Regional Park: A new additional baseball field is currently being designed for North Charlotte Regional Park.When it is completed it will be available for tournaments. The park will remain open during construction and some of the disk golf holes will be re located and improved. No disk golf holes will be lost.
