Our mission at Charlotte County Facilities Management is to ensure that all buildings, grounds, and associated systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
We are a service organization dedicated to the success and satisfaction of Charlotte County employees and the public at large. Our responsibilities include maintenance, operation and renovation of buildings, grounds and custodial care, fleet services and engineering support.

Construction Management provides efficient and professional County planning services and information related to the physical growth of County infrastructure. This department is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and public works contracting law and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of county buildings. Construction Management provides all planning, design and construction administration to alter or build facilities for the county. Our major responsibilities include master planning, the Capital Improvement Program, sales tax program and recovery initiatives.
