Community Development
The Community Development Department takes pride in its service to the community. We administer and enforce County Land Development regulations, the Florida Building Code, and are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the County's Comprehensive Plan. Community Development includes the following:
- Building Construction Services - functions include inspections, permitting, licensing.
