Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 25550 Harbor View Road, Port Charlotte, which is west of Exit 167 off Interstate 75 at the first right turn on Harbor View Road; or, approximately three miles east of U.S. 41 on the left side of Harbor View Road, just before Interstate 75. The name of the complex is, East Port Environmental Campus.
What are your office hours?
The East Port Environmental Campus (25550 Harbor View Road, Port Charlotte) lobby is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Do you work weekends?
We have a 24-hour emergency service for system leaks, interruption in service and low-pressure sewer alarms. Water service restoration, i.e. seasonal turn-on and shut-off for non-payment, will be done only during normal business hours. Restoration of services must be requested before 3 p.m. to guarantee same-day restoration.
