FDEP PERMIT REVIEW PROCEDURE
The following information is provided to aid in completing FDEP permit applications for water and wastewater utility extensions.
WATER PERMIT (GENERAL PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS FOR PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS (PWS))
Section I: General Project Information
Item F, Name of Permittee should be the developer or owner.
Item G, PWS supplying water to project: Use CCU information. CCU signs here.
Item H, PWS that will OWN the project after completion: Use CCU information. CCU signs here.
Item I, Engineer of Record fills in their information here.
Section II: Preliminary Design Report for Project
Item A, B and C, Engineer of Record fills in information here.
