Notice: All permitting, contractor licensing, and plans review services are now being provided at 18400 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33948. The satellite offices located at the Englewood Annex, West Charlotte County, Administration Center, 6868 San Casa Drive, Englewood, FL 31224 and at the Punta Gorda Annex, 7000 Florida Street, Punta Gorda, FL have been closed.
Building Construction Services includes: plan review, building permit issuance, building construction inspection, fire prevention inspections, and enforcement of both State and County licensure or licensing requirements relative to all building trades and occupational licenses.

- Fee Payment & Inspection Scheduling - permit inspection request and fee payments enables you to request inspections and pay fees for projects underway. See AIRS Brochure for details. (PLEASE NOTE: Inspections - Final inspections requiring a Certificate of Occupancy cannot be scheduled on AIRS. Please call 941.743.1204 to schedule your final inspections.)
