Building Construction Services includes: plan review, building permit issuance, building construction inspection, fire prevention inspections, and enforcement of both State and County licensure or licensing requirements relative to all building trades and occupational licenses.

- Fee Payment & Inspection Scheduling - permit inspection request and fee payments enables you to request inspections and pay fees for projects underway. See AIRS Brochure for details. (PLEASE NOTE: Inspections - Final inspections cannot be scheduled on line. Please call 941.743.1204 to schedule your final inspections. Fees - All fees must be paid before final inspections can be scheduled.)
