Tents

• Application for Construction Permit
• 2 copies of Flame Retardation Certificate (from tent company)
• 2 sets of site plans
• Date tent will go up and come down
• Owner/Builder Affidavit

A special event permit is required if tent is not on owners property. The dates of when the tent will be constructed and removed will be required. Apply for Special Event Permit in Zoning. The permit is issued immediately.

Inspector will check for fire extinguishers, flame retardant label, tie downs and site location. If putting in electric, a separate electrical permit is required.

Vinyl Siding - No longer requires a permit

Water Conditioner - No longer requires a permit

Wall - Exterior

• Application for Construction Permit
• Owner/Builder Affidavit - if by owner
• Notice of Commencement - if valued over $2,500
• 2 Sets of signed & sealed building plans
• 2 site plans
• 1 copy of survey

An application fee will be required which will be applied toward the valuation. Reviews will be performed by Building, Zoning and Right-Of-Way.

Wall - Interior

• Application for Construction Permit
• 2 sets of floor plans for structure
• 2 sets of building plans – how walls will be constructed and attached
• Owner/Builder Affidavit - if by owner
• Notice of Commencement - if valued over $2,500

An application feewill be required which will be applied toward the valuation. Reviews will be performed on this type of permit. Electric, Plumbing and Air Conditioning can be included with this permit.

• Building Final
• Electric, Plumbing and/or A/C Rough – if applicable
• Electric, Plumbing and/or AC Finals – if applicable

Water Heater

• Application for Construction Permit
• Over the Counter Trade Permit - Combo
• Owner/Builder Affidavit - if by owner
• Notice of Commencement - if valued over $2,500

• Plumbing Final
• Electric Final - if applicable
