SHED FEES

Details:
All DCA approved sheds 100 sq. ft or over will now require a $90 pre-application fee. An additional $15 will be charged for a Zoning review.
All DCA Sheds under 100 sq. feet will still require a permit and it will be $15 only.
All "stick built" sheds will require a $90 pre-application fee plus an additional $15 for a zoning review.
