PRESCRIBED RESIDENTIAL DECKS

Details:
In the absence of signed and sealed drawings, the Building Official will allow the use of the American Wood Council Prescriptive Residential Deck Construction Guide, which is based on the 2006 International Residential Code.
The use of the manual will be limited to decks 4 feet in height (walking surface of the deck) and 130 mile per hour exposure B regions.
