COMMERCIAL PERMIT(S) PRE-PAID IMPACT FEES DEADLINE

Please be advised the deadline to submit Pre-Paid Impact Fee Permits is May 31, 2007. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
All applicants that have pre-paid impact fees for commercial permits must submit a COMPLETE permit package by the may 31st deadline.
Permits received after May 31, 2007, will be charged the new impact fees (with credit for prepaid fees if applicable).
Also be advised that all permits are subject to the new impact fees including expired permits (residential and commercial) that are re-instated.
Impact fees are applicable to new construction including additions, expansions and/or change of use within a structure (depending on intensity). If you have any questions, you can call the Zoning Counter at 941.743.1964.
