PARKING LOT RE-SURFACING, RE-STRIPING

Section 11-4 Accessible Elements and Spaces
Subject to the effective date listed above, parking lot rework including but not limited to re-striping and/or re-surfacing shall be a permitted activity. Plans for a Plans Examiner review shall be provided with the accessibility access, which includes the unencumbered route to the building accessible entrance from the Handicap accessible parking space/s, public transportation stops, loading zones and public streets and side walks.
The fire lane striping must be shown on the plan. The balance of the parking lot count must be indicated on the drawing but does not have to be shown in detail on the submitted drawing/s.
