TRUSS APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Details:
Department policy concerning Truss layouts, individual truss design sheets (profiles), truss system design and Engineer / Architect truss approval letters shall have the following information.
1. The permit number.
2. Jobsite Address or by lot, block and section number.
3. Identification of building code and chapter(s) that the truss design is intended to meet, design criteria and any computer program relied upon in designing the trusses and the truss design loading.
4. An index of the attached truss design drawings.
5. The name, address and license number of Design Professional of Record, Truss System Engineer and Truss Design Engineer.
